In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage and administer IT Business Systems, ensuring improvements, development, and support.
- Define requirements, maintain documentation, and conduct thorough testing of different systems.
- Support design of test scripts and participate in full regression testing for key business systems.
- Develop knowledge of main business systems (ERP, MES) to support daily activities including administration and basic development.
- Monitor end-user system performance, report issues, and maintain communications for resolution.
