The company seeks an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst to join its EMEA Head Office team. This role is crucial for integrating technical data analytics with business intelligence, driving commercial success for Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop automated reporting solutions with SQL/Python using Snowflake, Streamlit, or Tableau.
• Transform intricate datasets into actionable insights through visualization and statistical analysis.
• Lead the creation of self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders.
• Analyze cross-channel metrics, including web analytics, e-commerce, and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and create decision-driving dashboards.
• Ensure data quality standards and implement governance practices.
• Design and implement experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Create predictive models to forecast business metrics and identify growth opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Commercial experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in cloud data warehouses.
• Strong statistical analysis capabilities with a focus on digital metrics and A/B testing.
• Experience in building data pipelines and automated reporting solutions.
• Expertise in digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Marketing Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
