In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Administer and update extensive clinical and HR datasets, ensuring compliance with UK policies.
• Manage e-learning training programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Draft detailed investigation reports aligned with company policies.
• Provide IT support to carers and update medication information as necessary.
• Generate ad-hoc reports offering insights for management decisions.
• Oversee DBS checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Update NMDS platform with new recruits ensuring accurate data maintenance.
• Ensure employees have valid Right to Work documentation in line with UK laws.
• Collaborate with HR and compliance leads to ensure HR processes align with standards.
• Manage daily mobile care app activities for carers.
• Support data systems and generate management reports.
