In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop statistical and machine learning models for integration into data science applications.
• Engineer sports data assets and implement models using Python.
• Create automated tests for validating model accuracy.
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, and QAs from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure data flows correctly and integrate models within the business context.
• Research sports specifications and provide mentorship to junior data scientists.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python.
• Experience in developing statistical or machine learning models for sports.
• Understanding of data science and statistical modeling.
