In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Analyze datasets to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze metrics on data quality dimensions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend data pipeline improvements.
• Monitor and resolve production data issues with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, especially derivatives.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with cloud storage solutions.
• Experience with workflow management tools like Airflow or Argo.
• Strong Python skills with PySpark, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience writing documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Experience using Git in a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience developing data quality control processes.
• Familiarity with file formats such as Parquet and HDF5.
• Experience providing technical guidance to junior analysts.
• Experience mapping security identifier data or using a security master database.
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal.
• Familiarity with Linux and basic Bash scripting.
