The position collaborates closely with HR, IT, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and delivering insights to support strategic decisions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of global HR data within the HR technology systems.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various systems like HRIS and payroll.
- Design and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Conduct trend analysis and offer recommendations.
- Perform market research for external benchmarking.
- Act as the primary contact for data requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain system integrations for smooth data flow.
