• Create and manage dashboards and reports for tracking product performance
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and ensure accurate metric tracking
• Conduct A/B testing to assess the impact of product changes
• Work with data engineers to enhance data processes for analytics
• Utilize predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes
• Deliver insights and recommendations to enhance user experience

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a product-focused setting

• Strong communication skills for translating data into insights
