This role exists to manage and analyze risk data within the Risk Policy & Analytics division, contributing to regulatory compliance and lending support to the organization's goals.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily Treasury trading limit breaches and ensure compliance with Treasury Risk Management Guidelines (TRMG).
- Prepare significant periodic risk management reports for the Board of Directors with thorough analysis and commentary.
- Design and maintain complex data warehouse reports for effective management reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and Banking teams to harmonize monthly portfolio data accuracy.
- Address complex data integrity issues by leveraging deep knowledge of the Bank's systems.
- Provide technical and business support to users involved in the monitoring process of the Bank’s investment operations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new system enhancements in collaboration with IT.
- Propose improvements to existing procedures and recommend enhancements.
- Offer expert advice on risk, compliance, and data management matters within EBRD.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and analyzing data.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance principles.
- Experience with risk or financial data reporting in a financial organization.
- Basic knowledge of banking and treasury products.
- Background in data management, analysis, or reporting in a credit or risk management environment.
- Familiarity with reporting systems and ability to translate business needs into IT/data specifications.

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a plus.
