The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing service effectiveness and business operations insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the reporting suite using PowerBi for data accuracy in a self-serve environment.
• Improve the Staff Intranet to boost employee engagement.
• Design a compliance process and create expiry documentation reports.
• Generate monthly business performance reports for the directors.
• Utilize the bespoke CRM to ensure accurate data management and system development.

• PowerBi report creation and self-serve deployment.
