In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines integrating multiple data sources like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Design and implement analytics-ready data models in dbt and Snowflake.
- Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Automate data validation and anomaly detection to maintain data integrity.
- Enhance CRM data processes for consistent and usable data.
- Maintain data flows and optimize segmentation in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau to present key business metrics.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in data operations and engineering
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Experience with data warehousing, particularly with Snowflake and dbt
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Strong data visualization capabilities, especially with Tableau
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
