Data Analyst

EKFB is a joint venture of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM, experts in railway network operations. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Assurance Team, assisting with data insights and management info.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the central SH&W Team, Assurance and Compliance Team, and Environment Team with dashboards and reports
• Provide data, analysis, and reports for EKFB Board, Senior Management, and Parent Company
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex data in an easy-to-understand way
• Identify, source, collate, and prepare data from multiple sources for SHWACE functions
• Aid the management of SHWACE functions with management information and KPI reports
• Support colleagues with software applications for digital processes
• Respond to changing business circumstances and varied information requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and external stakeholders

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Power BI
• Proactive and constantly identifying ways to improve systems/processes
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Educated to A-level with minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Accuracy and attention to detail
