The role requires a blend of strategic insight, industry understanding, and analytical expertise to assist in delivering exceptional client service. This position involves collaboration with the Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to enhance service delivery across their UK and Asia businesses.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the entire client reallocation process from initial review to conclusion.
• Coordinate cross-border client transfers efficiently.
• Conduct legal and financial due diligence with internal and external advisers.
• Provide insights and data reports to support advisers' decision-making.
• Optimize workflows and handle key information exchanges.
