This role requires you to have:

• Degree in a numerate or statistics-focused subject.
• Expertise in SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with retail data in an analytics role.
• Strong stakeholder management and insight communication.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to datasets.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with R or other statistical modeling tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and Git.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
