In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Leverage data analytics to drive insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex data sets.
- Report findings with dashboards, visualisations, and reports for accessibility.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for housing initiatives and processes.
