The company is looking for a Data Science Consultant who specializes in Gen AI, particularly for the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail sector. This role is crucial for designing AI solutions tailored to industry challenges, collaborating with clients to unlock new growth opportunities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with CPGR clients to define and execute Gen AI strategies aligning with their business goals.
• Design and implement AI products like customer personalization tools and demand forecasting systems.
• Lead development, deployment, and monitoring of Gen AI/ML models with a focus on MLOps.
• Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leverage Gen AI technologies for supply chain optimization and consumer engagement.
• Communicate AI strategies effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure AI solutions are fair, explainable, and comply with responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with legal teams to navigate AI regulatory impacts like the EU AI Act.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging Gen AI technologies.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities through client presentations and product demos.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data science with impact in the CPGR sector.
• Expertise in Gen AI, including LLMs and RAG-based solutions.
• Proficiency in AI/ML platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Airflow.
