In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Ensure business compliance with QMS, IEC/ISO 17025, and MCERTS documentation.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business analysis.
- Collaborate with departments to define data needs and gather insights.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends and patterns to support business strategies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models and systems.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in data mining, cleansing, and reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
