Project/Data Analyst

Fiserv, a global leader in financial technology and payments, is seeking an innovative Project/Data Analyst to join their GBS Tech team. This role involves managing small-scale projects and contributing to the technological integration, making a significant impact on global financial operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate minor projects, including documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Manage client delivery project and portfolio reporting using tools like SharePoint and Clarity.
• Maintain the Holiday Database and the Client Delivery Business Continuity Plan.
• Support project lifecycle and engage in process improvements with project managers.
• Facilitate meetings, manage purchase orders, and drive project health checks.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong interest in GBS Tech.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
