Fisher German LLP is expanding its development team and seeks a Data Analyst to enhance their strategies, processes, and business intelligence reporting. The company prides itself in quality and continual improvement. This role will be based in Ashby, supporting increased business and client demands.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Transform informal user data requirements into documented specifications.
- Assist with data governance processes, including metadata tagging and ownership identification.
- Collaborate with the DBA/Data Engineer on building ETL pipelines to centralize data access.
- Work with software developers on data modelling requirements for robust system development.
- Support continual business and client reporting requirements.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of data governance and ISO27001 best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with multiple database management systems including Relational (SQL), NoSQL, REST APIs, and Spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with ETL tools and pipeline scripting.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and best practices.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI.
