In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance user-friendly dashboards with a focus on user interfaces.
• Utilize data analysis and management techniques to create actionable insights.
• Lead projects independently, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
• Engage proactively with clients, farmers, and internal teams for data validation.
• Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting technical documentation needs.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis or as a Data Scientist.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.
• Dashboard development skills with a focus on UI/UX.
• Proficiency in Python data analysis libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage users effectively.
• Project management and product-focused mindset.
