The role supports the enhancement of their Management Information system while maintaining high-quality data analytics. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Deliver MI Service deliverables meeting quality and timelines as per Service Level Agreements.
• Execute ETL tasks from various business data sources.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to cleanse raw data and ensure data quality.
• Proactively address potential data issues with iO Support and related teams.
• Manage and publish 'Golden/Certified' datasets to Power BI Workspaces.
• Design and develop comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform regular data quality checks ensuring data standards. Document cleaning processes and implement quality controls.
• Work with stakeholders to turn data requirements into actionable insights.
• Maintain Power BI solutions and stay updated on new features.
• Use Amazon QuickSight or Excel occasionally to create visual reports.
• Facilitate the company’s roadmap to enhanced Power BI adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a Business/Data/MI Analyst
• Competency with Power Query and ETL tools
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, especially handling large datasets using v-lookups and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Power BI Workspace administration and DAX expressions
