In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyse data to deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Work with colleagues to implement process improvements.
• Educate team members on using and interpreting performance systems and reports.
• Thoroughly document all processes and projects within the Data Team.
• Enhance ETL processes and data hygiene through analysis.
• Assist the Data Strategy Manager in developing a robust Data Warehouse.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using data insights.
• Ensure reporting systems align with contractual requirements.
• Support client-facing calls with technical expertise.
• Contribute to improving the data strategy and quality.
• Generate timely reports directed by the line manager.

• Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX
• Effective data communication
• Understanding of data-related laws
