This role is crucial in addressing a range of challenges from content analytics to standard reporting within the RESSO team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership and contribute to significant projects that enhance productivity and deliver actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RESSO team members to deliver analyses resulting in actionable insights.
• Take ownership of major projects such as RES service level and performance analytics.
• Lead the creation of custom Power BI dashboards and interactive solutions.
• Develop and manage SQL queries for Power BI data sources and fulfill ad-hoc request needs.
• Gain deep expertise in Gartner’s data and drive problem solving.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for data products and operational processes.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-4 years of experience analyzing large datasets with analytical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as data science or computer science.
• Proven complex problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in SQL and Power BI.
