In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Serve as the system administrator for the Apricot system, ensuring data integrity and user activity oversight.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for organizational use.
  • Provide training on PowerBI to empower team-based reporting efforts.
  • Manage waiting list records to assist treatment centre staff in client prioritization.
  • Maintain detailed records of occupancy.
  • Ensure seamless integration of database systems, including ConnectMixShare, PowerBI, Apricot, and Excel, for consistent data flows.
  • Generate reports in accordance with commissioner requirements and organizational branding.
  • Support remote and on-site colleagues in data completion and training.
  • Collect and analyze data to demonstrate the organization's impact and future project requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving CQC compliance and maintain data system compliance.
  • Lead on information governance activities, working with the Data Controller to ensure GDPR compliance.

This role requires you to have:

  • A-Level Maths or equivalent.
  • Experience in therapeutic environments, especially with addiction.
  • CRM system experience.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience with Apricot or similar systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, especially Pivot tables.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Understanding of GDPR policies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to convey technical data authoritatively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
