In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fraud monitoring tools to optimize alerts and rules.
  • Design and build data products for improved stakeholder operations.
  • Extract insights from data analysis related to fraud trends and tool performance.
  • Evaluate success outcomes at strategic and tool component levels.
  • Communicate findings using data visualization to engage stakeholders.
  • Understand data flows and retention to inform programme data requirements.
