In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams to define data requirements.
• Enhance HR analytics and streamline reporting processes.
• Ensure employee data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Provide technical support and training for HR systems.
• Support system implementations and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Experience producing management information (MI) reports
• Interpreting complex data for stakeholders

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities
