In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to both short- and long-term agendas for the product or team.
• Monitor OKRs using established KPIs.
• Engage in data discovery, product development, and model evaluation with team members.
• Turn data into business insights and share findings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and analyze large datasets.
• Document data analysis processes for stakeholder comprehension.
• Participate in Communities of Practice to foster continuous learning.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Strong foundation in statistics.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• High business acumen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
