• Lead technical projects to develop and maintain analytical tools for risk management.
• Create advanced models for predicting claims outcomes, fraud, and risk indicators.
• Develop new features for integration into rating and other algorithms.
• Explore and monetize new data sources.
• Construct reusable, maintainable, and innovative data pipelines.
• Mentor junior Actuaries and Data Scientists.
• Assist senior leaders in achieving strategic goals.
