The Senior Primary Care Data Analyst role is crucial for supporting the scalability of their Business Intelligence function.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide Data Analysts in reporting tasks.
• Lead workload management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure accuracy and governance adherence in all reports.
• Apply statistical methods for enhanced analysis.
• Develop advanced reporting solutions with Power BI.
• Manage complex reporting requests with timely delivery.
• Implement QA processes for statistical validation.
• Identify and automate workflow inefficiencies.
• Design standardized reporting templates and dashboards.
• Engage with stakeholders for focused analysis.
• Provide training on BI tools and assess junior analysts' skills.

This role requires you to have:

• Systm One Clinical Reporting expertise
• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in healthcare data analysis
• Advanced Power BI and Excel proficiency
