Data & Insights Analyst

They are seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to join their team in Surrey, to manage sales databases and deliver insightful reports that influence operational decisions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage monthly sales data production for commercial teams and customers.
• Maintain accuracy and integration of customer master data and product hierarchy.
• Anticipate and adapt data management strategies in a dynamic retail environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop analytical tools supporting multiple functions.
• Drive a 'self-serve' culture through coaching and training.
• Support the Data and Insights Team Lead with ad-hoc tasks.
• Oversee sales systems and dashboards, providing training to ensure correct usage.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Analytics, Maths, or Economics.
• Experience in data collection, manipulation, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulae.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with cloud warehouses/services and data visualisation tools.
• Understanding of retail/FMCG or multi-site operations.
