In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Derive actionable insights from large datasets and present findings through various reporting tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and translate their business needs into clear analysis requirements.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, such as predictive modelling and machine learning.
• Utilize statistical techniques and communicate methodologies to diverse stakeholders.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across different platforms and sources.
• Use data analysis and visualization tools to enhance business intelligence.
• Address data quality issues and recommend data cleaning improvements.
• Support the recruitment and development of team analysts, promoting Hippo through various channels.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience in data analysis with skills in data exploration, visualization, and presentation.
• Proficiency in data cleansing, analysis, and modeling using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Spark.
• Proficiency in SQL and languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
