In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Evolve the design and operation of the spatial mapping tool HLM_Place.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with client and open source data.
  • Enhance practice-wide understanding of GIS capabilities.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to address data needs.
  • Promote tools at conferences and events.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to support projects and business development.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Conduct staff training to boost data tool usage and awareness.
  • Promote data technologies and AI to enhance decision-making.

This role requires you to have:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.
  • Proficiency in GIS.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

You would benefit from having:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Background in architecture or urban design.
  • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems.
  • Experience with low code automation apps.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
  • Understanding of architectural project workflows.
  • Experience with Power Automate, low code, and AI.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
