This role involves steering a group of experts in the Risk Insight & Analytics sector, crucial for identifying and mitigating compliance risks within HMRC’s operations. The position aims to enhance the effectiveness of compliance activities through insightful data analysis and innovative risk management strategies.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4-6 analysts in accordance with HMRC policies.
- Offer expert guidance on open source data collection and analysis.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality analysis.
- Develop team objectives and ensure timely completion of goals.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across HMRC and the government.
