In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data collection and monitoring approaches to align with performance measures.
• Design and build reporting tools, such as dashboards, to facilitate decision-making.
• Analyze demand trends across functions for effective resource planning.
• Manage the risk profiling scorecard for ASRU audit priorities and modify based on feedback.
• Present CRM data to enhance team interactions with establishments.
• Utilize technology and data to drive insights and optimize operational processes.
