In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead the team in making strategic technical decisions.
- Ensure accountability for the team's success and outcomes.
- Continuously seek improvements for team performance.
- Write maintainable and testable code and conduct code reviews.
- Utilize tools like Databricks, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architectures for efficient data management.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Apply strong skills in Pandas, SQL, and PySpark.
- Implement cloud networking principles, particularly within Azure environments.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR architecture standards.
- Use data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Collaborate with colleagues from Product, Analytics, Security, and Software teams.
