• Apply subject matter knowledge to resolve both common and complex business issues.
• Lead team activities and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Exercise independent judgment to identify and select solutions within defined policies.
• Handle unique situations with minimal assistance.

• 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering
• Proficiency in data modeling and data integration
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers
