Data Analyst

Hurley Group is in need of a Data Analyst to drive improvements in data visualization and reporting. The position focuses on designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, generating key performance reports, and leveraging data analysis to support service delivery enhancements. The successful candidate will be a crucial link between data insights and operational strategy within the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators and patient outcomes.
• Review and improve data processes and tool usage including Tableau Prep and Cloud.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Support operational reporting and data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to communicate findings and support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data quality and governance through regular data cleaning and validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in service delivery.
