hyperexponential is a fast-growing, data-driven company seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to bolster its finance function. This role is critical for establishing scalable processes that promote strategic growth and enhance decision-making. Initially part of the finance team, the analyst's role may evolve to encompass broader operational and strategic analytics, aligning with the company's growth objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable reporting to support decision-making.
• Utilize automation and AI to enhance central processes.
• Monitor AI adoption to measure efficiency contributions.
• Address ad-hoc data requests swiftly and informatively.
• Create actionable reports to support business performance.
• Design processes that are efficient and scalable.
• Educate stakeholders on data application for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Central Functions to meet strategic data needs.
• Prioritize and manage incoming data requests.
• Ensure accuracy and value of standard reports and dashboards.
• Communicate progress and address blockages in requests.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an analytical role.
• Expertise in process improvement and simplification.
• Capable of leveraging data and analytics to achieve business results.
• Proficient in DAX, SQL, or Python.
• Able to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
