In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze global physical climate risk data.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze climate data using BigQuery.
- Develop models linking climate stressors to economic impacts.
- Program scripts for geospatial analyses.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including product management and client services.
This role requires you to have:
- Expertise in analyzing physical climate risks like wildfires and floods.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python.
- Strong quantitative skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in catastrophe modeling.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
