The role supports the People & Culture function by developing effective Power BI visualization tools and collaborating across teams to foster data-driven decision-making. This position is integral to translating data into actionable business insights as the company continues its transformative growth.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user stories.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support business decisions.
• Provide technical support and create user documentation and training materials.
• Develop and maintain data architectures to support complex data requirements.
• Manage data pipelines using a variety of technologies such as Azure Databricks and APIs.
• Collaborate with IT and data specialists on secure and scalable data processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Proficiency with Azure Suite and programming languages like Python and R.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Workday.
