This role is crucial for maintaining and developing costing models that drive productivity improvements across the Trust's operations, working closely with various teams to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and update costing models for mandatory returns and service line reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical divisions and corporate directorates to provide insights.
• Support productivity model development to improve efficiency across the Trust.
• Communicate findings clearly to drive better decision-making.
• Incorporate approved costing guidance and tariff payments into models.
• Conduct periodic benchmarking reviews and prepare reports in liaison with other trusts.
