In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and integrate scalable data solutions for conversions, migrations, and integrations.
• Develop and enforce data management, security, and compliance policies.
• Analyze legacy systems and design efficient strategies for data transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and minimal disruption.
• Provide technical guidance on data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Lead data migration and integration activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Research new tools for data conversion processes and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support data projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in data architecture and integration using tools like Talend or Mulesoft.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and data modeling.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
