The role of a Senior Data Scientist exists to lead projects and further develop the data science capability within the firm, collaborating with a dedicated team driving digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate high-quality data science solutions meeting user needs.
• Cultivate effective relationships with client counterparts and partners.
• Lead the implementation and design of data science models, consulting with Lead and Principal Data Scientists as required.
• Guide less experienced practitioners ensuring quality and managing technical risks.
• Collaborate with various disciplines to align solutions with business and user needs.
• Take technical ownership of data science project delivery across all stages.
• Support Delivery Managers in estimating and planning technical activities.
• Maintain updated professional skills through continuous learning and certification.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in Agile delivery environments and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in data science programming languages like Python and R.
• Understanding of data governance and protection best practices.
• Ability to operationalize data science solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
