Intec Select offers an excellent role for a Data Analyst within a global financial firm, focusing on data services, interfaces, and report analysis to support client implementations and day-to-day system operations. This position arises from ongoing transformation and growth needs.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Contribute to process, tool, and documentation improvement and standardization for all data-related deliverables.
- Share knowledge to mitigate key risks across implementations and teams, promoting self-service in pension administration.
- Collaborate with core product and development teams for cross-departmental improvements in pension administration products.
- Work with team leaders to ensure quality standards and timely, budget-compliant service delivery.
- Understand, analyze, and document business requirements to develop working processes using new and existing systems.
- Adhere to Business Requirement Specifications standards.
- Stay updated on pension legislation changes impacting products, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity in systems, processes, and procedures.
- Identify and address documentation issues, providing and implementing solutions.
- Track working hours accurately using Jira and the Time Recording Engine.
- Support business users through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycle.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings as well as technical forums.

This role requires you to have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administering or programming pension calculations.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to work within set frameworks and deadlines.
- Highly numerate, methodical, and logical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment and enthusiasm for high-quality work within guidelines.
- Solid technical knowledge of pensions and relevant legislation.
- Experience with pensions administration software.
