In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product teams to identify and answer strategic questions using data
• Working with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop success metrics and measure outcomes
• Designing and updating data pipelines to enhance data gathering and refinement
• Building a comprehensive understanding of customers and products with product researchers
• Shaping product roadmaps through analysis and research
• Automating models and dashboards for actionable insights
• Communicating data-driven stories and recommendations across the company
• Enhancing RAD team operations and foundations

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in data-driven problem solving
• Expertise in SQL and good statistics knowledge
• Proven ability to deliver impactful analytical insights with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Growth mindset and deep curiosity

You would benefit from having:
