In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements ensuring they meet business and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data analysis strategies.
• Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Assess and ensure data quality and relevance.
• Develop analysis reports to guide stakeholder decisions.
• Work with data engineers on developing storage and analytics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for security and regulations.
• Create comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications and user manuals.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in large-scale Data and Analytics projects, particularly in a BFSI context.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Data Modelling and Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of Spark, Athena, Glue, and AI/ML-based analytics.
• Proficient in OLAP data modeling and database design concepts.
