In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Foster a data-driven partnership with the game operations team.
• Lead hypothesis generation and data analysis to enhance game development.
• Analyze large datasets to extract impactful insights for player experience improvement.
• Collaborate with game operations and engineering to maintain data integrity.
• Guide product and feature roadmap decisions using diverse data sources.
• Deliver data-driven narratives to inform operational and research directions.
• Present findings to business stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Work with data engineering to manage data requirements and quality.
• Ensure analysis adheres to version control, documentation, and reproducibility.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to convey data-driven insights in an understandable manner.
