In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and client servicing.
• Build AI applications using the RAG framework, create data pipelines, and use Streamlit to build UI.
• Advance machine learning techniques such as Random Forest and Gradient Boosting for predictive modeling.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing to analyze unstructured data and generate business insights.
• Develop data pipelines to extract data from cloud and on-premise warehouses.
• Collaborate with various departments to leverage data science for innovative solutions.
• Contribute to cross-functional programs for business intelligence.
• Create dashboards for leadership to identify performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with data operations, technology, and other business areas.
• Foster an analytics-driven culture and support business expansion with new technologies.
• Perform additional duties as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Masters in Computer Science or Data Science
• Experience in data science and analytics, preferably in asset management
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Experience developing and maintaining machine learning models
• Proficiency in Generative AI applications using RAG
• Skills in prompt engineering for optimizing LLM queries
• Programming skills in SQL, Python, R, Java or C++
• Proficient with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Experience with cloud computing tools like Data Bricks
• Familiarity with cloud data stores, including SQL and no-SQL.
• Ability to analyze large datasets across various domains
• Experience in model governance and building documentation
• Ability to manage offshore data science teams
