In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses to identify and resolve process issues.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams on enhancements.
• Improve and transition mature services to optimized platforms.
• Broaden understanding of operational and commercial data usage.
• Develop professional relationships and communication skills.
• Perform root cause analysis and mitigate data quality issues.
• Plan resources and articulate capacity challenges.
