In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support data strategy and operations for online programmes
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for management information and business intelligence
• Manipulate and interpret data to improve student experience and online delivery
• Ensure seamless integration of reporting with university processes
• Maintain communication with central data reporting teams and other stakeholders
• Uphold data security and comply with data protection regulations
• Provide training and guidance to promote self-service reporting capabilities

This role requires you to have:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SSRS, R, DAX, Python, M, Excel, and VBA
• Experience handling large and complex datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with various stakeholders
• Ability to foster a collaborative working environment

• Certification in Data Analytics or Business Analytics (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform PL-300 or PL-900)
• Working knowledge of student record systems like SITS or similar
