The Data Analyst position is a vital component of L&Q's commitment to major retrofit programmes and environmental sustainability efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement major programmes such as Net Zero initiatives.
• Generate and deliver weekly/monthly reports for the Asset Strategy team on issues like damp and disrepair.
• Monitor and report on ongoing works to ensure high-standard customer service.
• Support property services in achieving strategic targets like SAP C by 2030 and Net Zero by 2050.
• Prepare and present critical data reports to the Executive Team and Board.

This role requires you to have:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with property data systems such as Parity Projects Portfolio, Keystone, or QL
• Ability to handle large data sets ensuring data integrity
